This book contains papers presented at the international conference on “Restorative Justice for Juveniles: Potentialities, Risks and Problems for Research.â€? The conference, held May 12-14, 1997, was organized by the Research Group on Juvenile Criminology of the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. The papers are organized around three major emphases: part 1 addresses principles of restorative justice; part 2 addresses restorative justice in formal settings; and part 3 addresses restorative justice in practice.
