Fercello, Claudia and Umbreit, Mark S (1997). Client Evaluation of Family Group Conferencing in 12 Sites in 1st Judicial District of Minnesota St. Paul, Minnesota: Center for Restorative Justice & Peacemaking, University of Minnesota

This study presents research data from a Family Group Conferencing Program begun in 12 communities in Minnesota in 1996 as a two year pilot project. Using extensive interviews with victims, juvenile offenders, and supporting people, the study evaluated client satisfaction with the group conferencing. The findings indicated a high degree of satisfaction among all parties.
