Summary
-
The focus of this review is on services for the prevention of crime and anti-social behaviour among five to thirteen year olds (the age group relevant to Children’s Fund activities). In this introduction we aim to clarify each of the key terms in this statement and, in so doing, to establish the organising framework for the paper. To begin, we will examine the meanings of the terms ‘crime’ and ‘anti-social behaviour’ as they are applied to children aged between five and thirteen. (excerpt)
