A primary concern in restorative justice has been on instituting a healing social exchange system between the victim and the offender, both of whom are stigmatized by the injustice. In this brief article we are focusing on the loss of the assumptive world would of the victim independent of restorative possibilities that may exist by social exchange with the offender.
