This paper addresses the need to establish a framework for ethics for Restitution. The author examines the potential for this through a consideration of Aristotelian approaches to ethics and their links with Humanistic Psychology. An eudemonian model is used to establish the feasibility of ethical evaluations of the policy and practice of a Criminal Justice Restitution project in Scotland. This project takes cases involving crime victims and offenders from the public prosecutor as a diversion from prosecution.
