Family-Centered Solutions: Changing Child Welfare Policy and Practice on the Ground.

Last modified 2008-03-14 21:14

The conference will draw upon national and international research and practice to look at the principles underlying family-centred solutions, the evidence on whether such approaches work in enabling more children to live safely within their families, and if so, why. The conference will examine different models of family-led practice including FGCs and will enable policy makers, managers and practitioners to consider ways to develop sustainable practices to meet children and their familiesÂ’ needs.
