“Juvenile Justice Reform: Forty Years After Gault”

Co-sponsored by the Berkeley Center for Criminal Justice (BCCJ) and National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD). The conference will focus on the key juvenile justice policy issues the nation is facing forty years after the seminal Supreme Court case of In re Gault established due process rights for children in the juvenile justice system.
