Practices defines what makes a process restorative and offers a list of
processes used in Scotland.
Youth
Justice outlines the basic referral process used with juveniles
throughout Scotland, and provides access to information to local youth
restorative justice services.
Police
Warnings briefly describes the practice of police warning and offers
links to documents about the practices.
Schools
explains that the Scottish Executive is funding pilot projects in three
areas. It also provides links to documents on the use of restorative justice
in the school setting.
Prisons
outlines practices used in prisons to respond to misconduct, bullying, or
breaches of prison rules.
Secure
Care describes the possibility of using restorative processes in the
residential school environment to deal with discipline issues. There is a
link to research on a pilot project in such a setting.
Diversion
from
Prosecution discusses diversion from the court process for adults guilty
of relatively minor crimes. There are also several links to documents about
the subject.
Deferred
Sentence although this is not currently being used in Scotland, the site
provides links to documents on the topic.

describes the processes that can be used after an offender is serving a
