Important IdeaThe language of “restorative justice” has begun to be used in the context of workplace issues only in the last few years. While restorative justice processes in workplaces may seem a logical progression from restorative justice in the criminal justice, welfare and school systems, in practice this involves some complex theory and changes in practice and language.
