Website of the Month: European Forum for Restorative Justice
The European Forum for Restorative Justice is an umbrella organization working to promote and develop restorative justice practices throughout Europe. The website, one major tool in this work, provides information on the activities by the Forum, research being conducted throughout Europe, and programmes in various countries. The current website was redesigned in 2007 and offers expanded resources.

About the
Forum provides a historical overview of the forum, its objectives
and restorative justice as an international movement. It consists of
three parts:
Activities
describes the various events and projects undertaken by the
Forum.
Training
offers information about the pool of trainers
and services offered to legal
professionals.
Projects
is a listing of different projects managed by the Forum. These
include:
- Developing standards for assistance to victims of terrorism
- AGIS 3: Restorative justice: an agenda for Europe
- AGIS 2: Meeting the challenges of introducing victim-offender mediation in Central and Eastern Europe
- AGIS 1: Working towards the creation of European training models for practitioners and legal practitioners in relation to restorative justice practices"
