The Longmont Community Justice Parntership seeks a case coordinator for its community restorative justice programme.
General Position Description
The case coordinator is a full-time position, responsible for coordinating restorative justice processes for LCJP’s Community Restorative Justice Program. In addition to on the job training, this person will be trained as a restorative justice facilitator. Some facilitation required. Additional training may be involved. Flexible hours are required including somenights and weekends. Lifting up to 50lbs may be required.
- Education: College degree preferred
- Language: Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Experience: Two years experience with restorative justice or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Commitment: Minimum one year

Well organized and detailoriented;

Strong work ethic;

Ability to establish and maintain effectiveworking relationships with diverse population including youth and adultvolunteers, peers, supervisors, representatives of cooperating agencies,police officers, victims, offenders and the general public;

Workingknowledge of PC computers including MS Office & ACCESS applications;

Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner;

Excellent written& verbal communication in English and Spanish required;

Capable ofeffectively speaking on the phone and in front of groups;

Community-mindedand knowledgeable of Longmont and its youth-serving agencies.
