Community Outreach Worker, Barron County Restorative Justice Program, Rice Lakes, WI, USA
Barron County Restorative Justice Program, in collaboration with Goodwill NCW is looking for a full-time Community Outreach Worker to work on truancy prevention with area schools within Barron County.
The Community Outreach Worker will be responsible for the early
identification and mentoring of students at risk for truancy,
coordination of various programs, and intervention for families
identified as at risk. This position will develop, implement, and
coordinate at risk program efforts with schools, principals, guidance
counselors, law enforcement, and the Department of Health and Human
Services. Maintenance of a comprehensive database for tracking of cases
also needed.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with Social Work, Education, and Conflict
Resolution is required. Qualified candidates will have experience
working with adolescents and families, including at-risk students as
well as experience in Restorative Justice and Conflict Resolution
training and/or practices. Bilingual a plus. We offer a competitive
