Providing a full continuum of care, Mesabi Academy is striving to become a recognized juvenile restorative justice program that will provide secure & open residential programs, education, vocational training & aftercare services for our clients.
The Executive Director will be the driving force behind the ongoing development of this leading program. This position will provide leadership & monitor all aspects of the programs; ensure the facility meets all accrediting standards/state licensing regulations; assist in new program development & implement a direct marketing campaign that builds positive community relationships through active outreach.
