The Restorative Justice Centre seeks a programme manager to be based in Pretoria, South Africa.
The Restorative Justice Centre is a civil society organisation promoting restorative justice and providing services to both offenders and victims of crime. A vacancy exists for a progamme manager, to be based in the centre in Pretoria.
Key performance areas include:
- Oversee and provide leadership for all direct service delivery and training
- Manage recruitment of project staff
- Oversee the organization’s reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes
- Develop internal policy
- Be familiar with relevant research methodology
Requirements:
- A relevant social science degree
- At least 5 years direct project management and supervisory experience in a relevant field
Salary: negotiable, from R18662 pm, depending on experience.
